I am so happy to be part of the Scraping Sunday Blog Hop for Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, thank you Jenny Hall allowing me to be part of this Hop and Cheryll Miller who encourage and inspire me to have a go.
The theme today is “Numbers”.
I was not sure what I wanted to do, then I remembered that I have photos from my 70th Birthday party so I decided that it was the perfect time to start on my Birthday album.
It was a wonderful evening celebrating my seventh birthday surround by friends. As my Children live in Sydney they could not make it because of work commitments but I did receive beautiful flowers from them.
70th Birthday Party
I used the Sahara Sand sheet from the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper, which I layered on to Highland Heather Cardstock, I punched out the balloons using the Balloon Bouquet punch, then using the Stamparatus (what a great tool love it) I stamped the large texture image from the Balloon Celebration stamp set and the numbers from the Pick A Pennant stamp set onto the punched out balloons.
I stamp the balloon strings on to Sahara Sand Designer Series Paper. then I adhere the balloons with glue and Dimensionals.
I Die cut the Birthday image using the Happy Birthday Thinlits, then I just cut away the Happy. I used the bow from the Pretty Pine Thinlits Dies and Frame from the Foliage Frames Framelits Dies for my Journaling.
The Colours I used for this Page are, Highland Heather, Pineapple Punch and Calypso Coral cardstock and Inks. Please click on each link below to see what the other talented demonstrators have created this month.
